Acceptance of Terms. By using https://fyardclub.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Front Yard Club markets and arranges Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Design, Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Mulching. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://fyardclub.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Front Yard Club or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Front Yard Club reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://fyardclub.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Front Yard Club makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Front Yard Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Front Yard Club against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. NJ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NJ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Front Yard Club may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
